Warranty Policy
We proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our solar pool ionizers against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered
- Malfunction due to factory defects
- Corrosion of internal components under normal use
- Failure of solar panel or ionization cell within warranty period
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor surface scratches)
- Damage from extreme weather, chemical imbalance, or pool neglect
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Claim Warranty
- Email us at support@marazual.com with:
- Order number
- Photos or short video showing the defect
- Description of the issue
- Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through next steps.
- If approved, we’ll send a replacement unit at no cost.
Warranty Void
This warranty is void if the product has been:
- Modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Used in commercial pools without prior approval
- Exposed to saltwater pools (unless you purchased a saltwater-compatible model)
