This website (https://anewater.com) is operated by Anewater and powered by WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin to facilitate online sales of pool water treatment products, including solar-powered ionizers, accessories, and custom solutions.
By accessing or using our Site—whether to browse, register an account, place an order, or request customization—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we partner with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Customization Services
We offer OEM/ODM customization for qualified B2B customers (e.g., private labeling, packaging, product color, or technical specifications). Custom orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) and require prior written confirmation.
Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ningbo, China.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anewater regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
