Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express options (3–7 days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Depending on your country, you may be required to pay local import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Are your products authentic/original?
Yes. All solar pool ionizers are designed and quality-tested by Guanyu. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation items.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
3. Do you support customization?
Yes, we support customization as long as the order quantity reaches 1,500 units.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
