At Anewater, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your solar pool ionizer, we’ll work with you to make it right—fairly, transparently, and without hassle.

This policy covers all purchases made through our official website. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (No-Questions-Asked Returns)

We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged products in their original condition. This goes beyond the standard “7-day” expectation because we believe you deserve time to evaluate your purchase properly.

To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, your item must be:

  • Unused and in like-new condition
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for lost returns.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us first at support@marazual.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  • We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours.

  • Pack the item securely in its original box and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item? We’ve Got You Covered

If your solar pool ionizer arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Missing parts
  • Not as described
  • Or is defective out of the box

…please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund—your choice.

For quality-related claims, we may ask for photos or a short video to help us diagnose the issue quickly.

4. What Is Not Eligible for Return?

To ensure fairness and product safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed units: Once the ionizer has been placed in a pool or connected to plumbing, it’s considered used due to water exposure and hygiene concerns.
  • Items damaged by improper installation, chemical imbalance, or misuse (e.g., use in saltwater pools without a compatible model).
  • Products returned without prior authorization (we must issue an RA number first).
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
5. Refunds: What to Expect
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
6. Warranty vs. Return – Know the Difference

This Refund & Return Policy covers early-stage buyer’s remorse or shipping errors.

For issues that arise after 30 days but within 2 years, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Most performance-related concerns (e.g., solar panel failure, electrode corrosion under normal use) are covered there—not here.
